What I’m Not

An expert! Or a nutritionist. Or a personal trainer. Or a lifestyle coach. Basically I’m not someone who gets paid to give advice about diet, exercise, and health.

What I Am.

Ordinary. I own a home, I work a full time job, I have hobbies and a social life.

I also figured out how to lose weight. A lot of weight, and have kept it off for 5 years.

What I’m hoping for.

I’ve created this site to hopefully help people that are like me and have struggled with their weight for their entire lives. I hope to build a small community of people who can learn from and encourage each other. But to also support each other with tips and tricks they’ve learned from their own journey.

Throughout my battle with weight loss I’ve learned many strategies to help me steer clear of potential set backs and when the setbacks happen, ways to get back into the good habits and minimize the bad ones.
